Our Premium products are acquired fresh from Toyosu Seafood Market, Tokyo as well as other parts of the world (including Ireland, New Zealand, and France.)

These include Fresh Bafun Uni, Bluefin Tuna, Japanese fish and Oysters which are freshly air flown every Friday or upon request (with a week’s advance notice).
